5 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari Experience
This 5 Days Uganda Wildlife Safari Experience : takes you to some of Uganda’s most visited parks with enjoyable activities. Firstly, the safari will take you to Murchison falls national park and here you will have a walk at the top of the falls. You will also do game drives as you look out for different animals and bird species. Secondly, the safari will take you to Kidepo valley national park the only park where you are able to see the cheetahs and ostriches. In fact, this is Uganda’s second largest park with different mammal and bird species. You will conclude your safari with a visit to Nakapelomulu village in Kotido District where you will have a cultural encounter with the Karamajongs.
Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park-Top of the falls-Evening game drive
After your early morning breakfast, you will be picked your driver who will transfer you to Murchison Falls National Park. The is generally Uganda’s largest national park with lots of natural wonders. Upon arrival in the park, you will start with your first activity which is a walk to the top of the falls. Here, the Victoria Nile water makes its way through a narrow gorge making a thunderous sound pouring downstream into the Victoria Nile. This place is also good for memorable pictures and taking in the sounds and sights. Therefore, be ready to take as many photos here and videos for memories to take back home. Afterwards, you will check in your lodge for lunch, as you prepare for another activity in the evening.
Later, you will go for an evening game drive across the savannah, following different trails in the park. In fact what you will see, sense and feel around cannot be replicated anywhere else in the World. During this game drive, you will be able to spot different animals. Some of these include; Lions, elephants, hippos, buffaloes, warthogs, waterbucks, Jackson’s hartebeest, spotted hyenas, giraffes, etc. On a lucky day, you can also spot leopards and while here also expect to take photos and videos as you enjoy the wildlife and nature. Later you will head back into your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park
After your breakfast, you will check out of your lodge and start on your journey to Kidepo Valley National Park. As you drive out of the park, will also have a chance of coming across some animals though most of them will be seen in the grasslands feeding. You will have lunch on the way then continue with your journey to Kidepo arriving late evening, checking in direct into your lodge.

Day 3: Morning game drive-Transfer to Kotido
After an early morning breakfast, you will check out of your lodge and head for a morning game drive. While here, you will be able to view animals that are unique to the African Savannah. Some of these include; the zebras, lions, hyenas, giraffes, elephants, Kongonis, oribis, Guenther’s Dik diks, buffalos, cheetahs, etc. You will also enjoy the beautiful views of landscape and the stunning view of the Kidepo and Narus valleys situated in this park. Later you will exit the park and start on your journey to Kotido District where you will have lunch and later check in your lodge for an overnight stay.

Day 4: Karamajong Cultural Experience-Transfer to Mbale
After breakfast, check out of the lodge and head to Nakapelimoru village. Here, you will be able to visit the local Karamajong people. Besides, this is one of the few cultures in Uganda that still practice their culture norms and while here, you will visit their manyattas. You will also have personal interactions with them and see them go about their routine activities. Feel free to participate in their daily activities, songs and dances as you take pictures and videos for memories. Later you will embark on your journey to Mbale where you will spend your night.

Day 5: Transfer back to Kampala/Entebbe
After having your breakfast, you will start on journey back to Kampala/Entebbe where you will be dropped at your residence of preferred destination.
