The park also supports Uganda’s only remaining population of impalas. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is among the oldest forests. Besides the Gorillas, you will also have an opportunity to see other primates such as the baboons, red-tailed monkeys, chimpanzeesblack and white colobus etc. The park also offers some of the best montane-forest bird watching in Africa with an estimation of over 350 bird species. Queen Elizabeth National Park  is generally a home to various mammals like the tree climbing lionscrocodiles, elephants, buffaloes etc. The park also holds different activities like bird watching, boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel and Chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura Gorge. Kibale Forest National Park is particularly rich in primates with at least 13 species recorded. The park is the most important stronghold of Ugandan red colobus however supports eight other diurnal primate species. These include; vervet, red-tailed, L’Hoest’s and blue monkeys; Uganda mangabey; black-and-white colobus; olive baboon and chimpanzee.
