This 1 Day Nairobi National Park: will take you to Nairobi National Park which was Kenya’s first. In fact, it is the only park in the world within the city and it boasts a large and varied wildlife population. Some of these include; the hyenas, lions, buffalos, rhinos, etc. The fence that separates the park from the city runs along a highway and this is one fact many Kenyans are proud of this park.

Detailed Itinerary

Our representative from Great Nest Image Safari will pick you up from the hotel and later head to Nairobi National Park. In fact, this is the only park that has a city scape background that can be seen from almost any part of the park. Besides, this park hosts a wide variety of wildlife including the endangered black rhino, lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, buffaloes, giraffes and diverse bird life with over 400 species also recorded.

Later, you will exit the park and head to David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage. Here, baby elephants that have been orphaned due to poaching and human activity are taken care of and re-introduced back to the wild. Afterwards, you will head for lunch followed by a visit to the Giraffe Centre. This is generally a breeding and conservation Centre for Rothschild Giraffes. Later, you will be driven back to your lodge or  direct to the Airport to catch up with your flight.
